Out-of-Network Therapy in NYC Session Rates

Session Fee

Individual therapy is $225 per session (50 minutes). Sessions are held weekly — the consistency is what allows the work to deepen over time.

Insurance Reimbursement

This is a self-pay practice, meaning sessions are paid directly rather than billed through insurance. Many plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers, and I'm happy to help you navigate that — including verifying your benefits and providing superbills to submit for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows time to offer the slot to someone else who may need it. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are charged at the full session fee.
